Things You Should Know
- There are no ID cards – simply tell your vision provider you have VSP coverage and they will check your eligibility.
- Find in-network providers at vsp.com/contact-us/member-status or ask your provider if they are in-network.

Extra Savings
With VSP coverage, you also have access to extra savings!
Glasses and Sunglasses
- Extra $20 to spend on featured frame brands. Go to the VSP website for details.
- 20% savings on additional glasses and sunglasses, including lens enhancements, from any VSP provider within 12 months of your last WellVision Exam.
Retinal Screening
- No more than a $39 copay on routine retinal screening as an enhancement to a WellVision Exam.
Laser Vision Correction
- Average 15% off the regular price or 5% off the promotional price; discounts only available from contracted facilities.
Diabetic Eyecare Plus Program
This program provides extra support for conditions linked to diabetes such as diabetic eye disease, glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration (AMD). If you have diabetes, you can get a retinal screening from a participating VSP provider. Some limits apply and your medical plan may coordinate with this care. Talk with your VSP doctor for details.
