Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Allegion’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is here to guide you through any and all of life’s challenges — no matter how big or how small. The EAP is available whenever you need it — 24/7, 365 days a year — and is provided to you at no cost.

With the EAP, you have access to up to five free counseling sessions per issue, and everything you share with the EAP is confidential. That means no one will know you’ve contacted the EAP unless you give written permission*. For more information on the services provided.
