Open Enrollment

October 26 – November 6, 2026

Your Benefits. Your Choices. Your Future.

Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review your benefits and make changes for 2027. Take time to explore your options, understand what’s available, and choose the coverage that best supports you and your family.

Get Ready for Open Enrollment

Watch this quick overview for the key things you need to know about your 2027 benefits and Open Enrollment.

What You Need to Know

Do I need to enroll?

Open Enrollment is passive this year, which means most of your current benefit elections will automatically carry over into 2027 if you don’t make changes. However, don’t just renew—review! Life changes, and your benefits needs may have changed, too. Take time to review your current coverage, explore your options, and make sure your benefits still work for you and your family.

While you’re reviewing your benefits, don’t forget to check your beneficiaries. That’s the person who receives your life insurance if something happens to you. Make sure your info is up to date—especially if you’ve had a major life change like a marriage, divorce, or a new baby.

Important: If you want to contribute to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in 2027, you must make a new election during Open Enrollment. These contribution elections do not automatically carry over from year to year.

Attend an Open Enrollment Meeting

Have questions about your benefits? Join an Open Enrollment webinar or attend office hours to learn more about your options and get answers to your questions. Check the all company email from the US Benefits team for Teams invitations to webinars, sent on October 19.

When will my coverage take effect?

Your 2027 benefit elections will take effect January 1, 2027, and coverage will continue through December 31, 2027, provided you remain eligible. The choices you make during Open Enrollment determine your coverage for the coming year, so take time to select the benefits that best meet your needs.
